Right of withdrawal & return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your six-cylinder product. Should this not be the case, you can return or exchange non-personalized items within 30 days of receipt .

Returns – how it works:

Please contact us before any return by email at hello@sechszylinder.com to coordinate the process.
After registering the return, you have 10 days to return the goods to us.

Articles excluded from the right of withdrawal

Please note that according to Section 312g, Paragraph 2, No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to items that were custom-made to your specifications . This includes, in particular:

personalized sketches or illustrations on textiles
individually configured or manufactured products

These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned as they were made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

International Returns

For returns from non-EU countries, we recommend sending them within 22 days of receipt of the goods to avoid additional customs and handling fees.
Please note that all customs duties, shipping and handling fees incurred during the return shipment are to be borne by you as the customer.

Conditions for a return

In order for us to issue a refund or exchange, the returned items must meet the following criteria:

unworn, unwashed and undamaged
with all original labels
in the original packaging
free from signs of wear or individual changes

If the items meet these conditions, the refund will usually be processed within 3 to 6 business days of receipt of the returned item using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exchange

An exchange is possible, for example for a different size or color – once per order .
Please note that requested exchange items may no longer be available. In this case, we will offer you a refund or, where possible, a replacement.

Return costs

We cover return shipping costs within the following countries:
Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

For returns from all other countries, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and all associated fees (particularly for returns from non-EU countries).

Please note: Returns on discounted items (excluding discount codes, pre-orders or backorders) are not free of charge , regardless of the country of origin.

Further information

Personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
Returns via brick-and-mortar stores are not possible.
